Thoughts on better ways to take of myself

One of the chapters that was a required reading was on taking care of yourself as a case manager. I enjoyed the reading as to better serve someone else the first person you should care about is yourself. When I was little my mother never wanted to try new recipes. Now that I am an adult I can't relay on fast food or processed foods as we are slowing learn through media outlets that there are a great deal of health concerns related to such unhealthy living.
